More good news from BIND director Dan Walton.

Original HALLOWEEN alums - Tony Moran and P.J. Soles have just been added to his cast!

The two had just recently been cast as husband and wife in the independent horror film BEG which was shot in Shallow Graves own backyard out here on the East coast. BEG is still being edited and will be released shortly.

While BEG was shooting we made a set visit and spoke with Tony who explained to us that it was the script for the film that brought him out of retirement, so if that's the case, Dan must have written one just as good to bring him on to BIND.

Nice job Dan!

Filmmaker Dan Walton (co-executive producer on 2008’s Gutterballs) has just given us word on his upcoming directorial debut Bind. He’s just informed us that the film; which now features the tag-line “Hell Just Froze Over” is set to roll in March of 2010 in Vancouver, Canada.

According to Walton, who also wrote the script, the story is such:

“A weekend getaway to a scenic winter wonderland that takes a deadly turn when a group of friends find themselves pitted against the elements and a dark presence with a bloody agenda.”

On board is FX man Brian Sipe, whose previous credits include Van Helsing and Pirates of the Caribbean, and as for the cast that he will work his splatter magic on, it will be made up of such genre vets as Christa Campbell (2001 Maniacs), Al Santos (Jeepers Creepers 2), Wolfgang J Weber (Into the Darkness), Travis Aaron Wade (Pig Hunt), Raine Brown (100 Tears), and Jessica Von (The Taken), with more to be announced.

Our Caretakers here at Shallow Graves will keep an ear to the ground and let you know more as we unearth more on this film!
